the central is a fantastic place! we stayed in a deluxe twin room with a sea view, and the shower had two types of shower heads. breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients and a wide choice. The staff were super friendly. it's also right on the sea front, offering excellent views. definitely one of the best stays we've had.

The hotel has long been a welcome feature on the seafront promenade, and with my elderly parents, we truly appreciated the lift providing access to all floors. The view from our room was stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.
My wife says that the bathroom could use anti-slip mats for safety.

The room was clean, but the lift didn’t work during my stay.

Room 11 offered delightful sea views, and the facilities were well-equipped, with a flat screen TV and full-size mugs for drinks—always a win in my book. The hotel's close proximity to local cafés and shops, alongside a lively bar area serving reasonably priced drinks, made it a pleasant spot to unwind after a day out.
Room 16's bathroom floor looked shabby, lacking shelves for personal items. The glass pane in the bathroom door being see-through felt intrusive, especially in a supposed 'deluxe' room that needed redoing. There were also wires hanging out of walls near the staircase, and the poorly lit car park made returning late tricky, particularly after an event. For a place with charming potential, I expected more than tired decor and uncomfortable beds like concrete—comfort took a hit.

Just a suitable option for a short stay in Llandudno, with all in all brilliant value for money. Although the room was dated, we appreciated the brand new carpets fitting. Consider asking for a plug in advance, as we had a little trouble at first.

Awesome stay with friendly staff!
Had a lovely time here! The staff were super helpful, especially Mo, who made sure I got settled in. My sea view room was tidy and comfortable, and breakfast hit the spot. The bar area was cozy too. Just a heads up, the seagulls can be pretty loud, which was a bit annoying at times.
